• You need to know the street address and zip code for the military base. See how to address the "Ship To" below.
   

• You need to select USPS Priority Mail as your shipping method.

 

Delivery can take anywhere from 3-21 days for the enlisted personnel to receive their shipment. The USPS guarantees your package will arrive at the appropriate APO/FPO/DPO processing center within 2-4 days. From that point, the Military Postal Service delivers your package to the recipient.

 

Tracking can only be traced to the military postal facility. We cannot provide tracking, a tracking number or specific delivery date beyond that point.

What to put in the "Ship To" section

Over 70% of APO/FPO/DPO shoppers usually abandon their shopping carts when they cannot find their APO or FPO "state" in the states drop-down box. We don't want you to be a statistic, we welcome your business. 

• Select the item you want to buy and click the "Buy Now" button - or - add the item(s) to your shopping bag. 

• Enter your gift certificate or coupon code if you have one.

• Select USPS Priority Mail.

• If you already have your military address for the recipient, please enter it in the "Ship To" section. 

• State the service member's full name including his rank. (ex: Sgt. First Class Gomer Pyle)

• Give us the Military Address of the base. (Should be a US Street addess).

• Enter APO, DPO, FPO for the City and AA, AE, AP for the State. It should look like this when you're done.
