Shipping Delivery and Rates
As soon as we receive your order we begin processing it. We ship Monday through Friday, no weekends or Holidays and ship within 1 - 2 business day of your cleared payment.
Orders for in-stock items that are received by 9:30 AM will ship the same day. Weekend and Holiday orders ship the next business day and Special Orders ship within 1-4 weeks of completion. We do not ship orders C.O.D.
Please Note: E-checks, checks and money orders can take up to 10 business days to ship due to bank processing.
Shipping Rates are determined by the total weight of your order, the selected shipping method and the distance between your zip code and our store in North Carolina.
Shipping Discounts are available for multiple item shipping. Because shipping rates are determined by weight, you pay one low shipping price for the combined weight of the package. All items you select must be on the same invoice to qualify. Once the order is paid for we will not be able to honor any discount.
Handling Fees We are a green company and use recycled materials to process your order whenever possible, therefore we normally do not charge a Handling Fee. When we must use purchased materials to process your order, we will add a nominal (less than 2%) processing fee to the price of the item to cover our costs of effectively handling and processing that item.
Canceling Your Shipment is not possible. We're sorry, bu once the tracking number has been issued, it is out of our hands and it's on its' way to you. You could always return it or sell it on eBay!

USPS
USPS is our preferred shipping method because in our opinion

They offer the most ecconomical and practical service.

They deliver on Saturdays at no extra charge.

P.O. Boxes are acceptable.

They go where other shippers won't go and they don't charge extra togo there.

Shipping Insurance is optional, but highly recommended.

Shipping costs $2.10 per $100.

Shipping is free with all Priority Mail
We offer the following Services for USPS shipping.
Standard Ground Service

Parcel Post

Order is delivered within 2-6 days.

UPS and FedEx
are optional choices available.

They will not deliver to certain locations, like remote areas of Alaska and Hawaii, military addresses and PO Boxes.

Their rates are higher than the USPS.

Shipping insurance is included in the cost.

Charges required by these shippers like Saturday deliveries and deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii are extra and you will need to pay these fees before your order can ship.

Expedited Services

Rush (Overnight Express):

Granny's Clozet charges an additional $25 processing fee for this service.

Rate: start at $ 23.95 depending on location. Shipping insurance is included.

$5.00 fee for delivery before 10:30 AM
Granny's Clozet will use UPS for large, over-sized, bulky shipments that USPS won't handle.

Expedited delivery time refers only to the delivery time and not the time needed to process your order.

"Special Orders" do not qualify for expedited shipping.

Overnight Friday orders will be delivered on Monday.

Confirmation Signature is required on all Overnight orders.

Shipping Insurance is required on all expedited orders and is included in the cost.

There is no expedited services to P. O. Boxes.

There is no Overnight Services to Alaska or Hawaii.

MIlitary, US Territories and Global addresses MUST use Priority Mail.
