Items like, custom made, to order, some personalized items and such are non-returnable items. Non-returnable items will have an (NR) located next to the Item Number, then your item is a non-returnable item.

 

Item Numbers or SKU# are located under the picture of the item on the product page and also on the Item Detail Page of our website. The SKU# can also be found on your invoice, confirmation emails and packing slip. It'll look like this: SKU# KSDS1001 (NR).

 

So, how do you return it? Easy. Just follow these guidelines:

 

  • Within 5 days of receipt, request a Return Authorization Number (RMA#) using our convenient Returns form or contact Customer Service. This is required for our inventory control. Without this number you could be charged a 20% restocking fee. 
     

  • Purchase a reliable, traceable, insured shipping method to return the item or ​If you have an account with PayPal you can print a Return Shipping Label by going to the transaction. Return shipping charges are non-refundable.
     

  • Package the item securely to avoid any damage (or further damage in the case of a broken item). 
     

  • Return the item within 14 days of receipt, unless otherwise stated on the detail page, for a full or partial refund *  or exchange. 
     

  • Item must be returned in the original packaging and in same condition as received.

 

*  Full or partial refunds include the purchase price of the item only. S&H charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to ours or the shippers  error.

We have a no  non-sense, no hassle return policy. Almost all of our collectibles we sell are returnable.  Feel free to return it if you are not happy with your purchase.

Return Guidelines

Returns that do not qualify for a full refund, may receive a partial refund. 

 

50% of your purchase price will be issued if you return:​

  • Any book or similar article that has obvious signs of use.

  • Any item that is not in the original condition, including packaging, is damaged, or is missing parts for any reasons not due to ours or the shippers error.

  • Any item returned after 15 days from original purchase and may also be subject to a 20% restocking fee. 

  • Any item without a Return Authorization Form or #. These items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

  • Any opened (taken out of it’s plastic wrap) media, CD, DVD, video that was sold as “new”.

 

No refund will be issued if the item returned:​

  • Is a non-returnable ( NR ) item;

  • Does not meet any of our return guidelines above;

  • Any article of clothing or pet accessory that has hair, sweat or other signs of use.

  • Is deemed not re-sellable after inspection;

  • Was returned due to incorrect mailing address supplied by purchaser;

  • Was not delivered to recipient at a hospital, nursing/retirement home or hotel;

  • Was due to the shipper being unable to complete the delivery for any reason.

Note: We will not be able to process your return nor can we ship the item back to you.
