We try to process your return as quickly as possible. To help us do this, please request an RA # within 5 days of receipt.

 

You will receive either 100% or 50% of your money back depending on the condition of the return when we get it back and review it. If you return a non-returnable item or item that does not meet our Return Guidelines, we be unable to honor your return and no refund will be issued. Nor, will we be able to return the item back to you.

 

Refunds are issued in the maner payment was received.

 

  • Paypal refunds are fairly quick with a 3-4 business day return.

  • USPS Money Orders refunds take approximately 3-7 business days

  • Bank checks take the longest, up to 7-15 days to process.

 

Your purchase is protected through our Buyers Protection Program.

Buyer's Protection

Lost package? If the shipper fails to deliver your package, and you've contacted them to no avail, email us right away. Our investigative team will try to recover your shipment. If it cannot be recovered, we will send another one  (if possible)

or refund 100% of your purchase price.

 

Damaged in transit? Missing parts? If your package was damaged or missing parts while in transit by the carrier, return it for a full refund minus the return shipping charges  We will resend another item or refund 100% of your money if no more are available.

 

Stolen by someone else? If your package was stolen while being delivered to you, advise the authorities right away. Provide us with a copy of the police report and we will send you another one if possible or refund 100% of your purchase price.

 

Wrong item received? If you received a wrong item, return it for a full refund including the return shipping. We will ship the correct item free of charge.

 

Misrepresented item? If you received an item that was not as described and didn't match, return it for a full refund.

Certain conditions are not covered under our Buyers Protection:
 

  • If the carrier returns your package back to us for any reason (incorrect addressing,refused by recipient, recipent moved and left no forwarding, return sender stamped on package)
     

  • The package was mailed to a recipient at a location we advised against. (hotels, nursing homes, prisons, hospitals, businesses, college dorms and fraternity/sorority houses, etc.) 
     

  • The item does not meet our guidelines.

Exchanges

 

Because our items are unique, exchanges are limited to equal value. As long as the purchase price is equal to or less than the return merchandise, we will work with you to process the exchange, otherwise, we ask that you please return your original merchandise for a refund and place a new order.

 

Artisan handcrafted treasures made exclusively by us can be exchanged for another item of the same value provided they were not "special ordered".

 

If there is no exchange available, monies will be returned to the purchaser.
