What do I do to place an order?

1. Add an item to the shopping bag.

If you make a mistake

click the clear button to clear the shopping bag and start over.

If you want to add more

click the continue shopping button.

If you want to cancel your order, just click the clear button to erase everything. Clicking your browser's "back arrow" will not cancel the shopping cart.

 

2. To add shipping insurance to your order

• Click the change button of any item in your shopping cart.

• When the Change Options box appears, shipping insurance will be the first option. Select "yes".

• Select the Apply button. The shipping charge will automatically be added to your total.

 

Note: You only need to add this change 1 time. Make sure all other items in your cart say "No". If you don't you will be overcharged for shipping.

Note: If you live in NC, state sales tax will be added to your subtotal.

 

3. Accept the terms and conditions.

4. Click the checkout button.

5. Enter your "Ship To" address. Please verify the address is correct.

6. Select the delivery method that's available for your order. Click Continue.

7. Select your payment method.

 

If you have a coupon code or gift certificate to add to your order, select "Check". This will prompt us to discount your order. After everything has been discounted/credited to your account, we will resubmit a new invoice through PayPal for you to pay for your purchases.

 

8. Enter your email address and create a password if you want to get access to your account. See the benefits of being an account holder.

 

9. Enter your Billing address and click Continue.

 

10. Review and verify everything about your order is correct. Click the change buttons if you need to change anything.

 

11. Click the Place Order Button.

 

That's it!

 

What if I have to leave and come back later to finish my order?

Not a problem. Our shopping cart has a memory! Actually it relys on cookies. If you have to leave in the middle of placing your order, go ahead and do what you need to do. You can come back later and pick up where you left off.
