Live Ordering

By Phone, or by Live Chatting

A live Customer Service Rep (usually me!) is available between 8 AM and 3 PM Eastern Standard Time, to take your orders.

 

We process a PayPal Invoice, which is sent to the email address you gave us in your order. From there you can pay through PayPal.  We do not take your credit card information over the phone.

 

If you have an established account with Granny's Clozet or one of our sister stores, you can print the invoice and mail in your payment. See what your payment options are.

Phone Ordering

Make your purchases at Granny's Clozet by telephone.

Call us directly located on our contact page. (sorry no toll free line yet) or, you can email us with your telephone number and we'll call you. Either way your order will be processed quickly and as soon as we receive your payment your new treasures will be on their way.

 

Access our website on your mobile phone. You have easy access to our treasures and we can take your order over the phone if you don't want to do it online.

 

Just like with LiveChat ordering. We process a PayPal Invoice for you to pay.

 

We will never, ever take your bank information over the phone because that being one of the most sure-fire ways to "identity theft", we don't want to see you fall victim. Like we said, we will protect your information any way we can.
