Shop in confidence!

 

Know that Granny's clozet will cover the full cost of your purchase and the original S&H charges if:

 

  • your item gets lost, stolen or damaged

  • the item you received is grossly misrepresented

  • you received the wrong item.

  • parts were missing that was never mentioned

Shipping

Preparing your order to ship begins as soon as we receive it. We do our best to ship your order within 1-2 business days of your cleared payment.

 

Shipping discounts are available with multiple item purchases.

 

Expedited and rush (overnight) services are there when you need your order fast.

 

Military orders are welcome Granny's Clozet. 

 

Delays can happen at any time. We will always notify you as soon as we learn of them.

 

International shipping is limited. See if we ship to your country here.

 

State Sales Tax is only collected on North Carolina orders.

 

Shipping Insurance for domestic addresses (within the US) is optional but highly recommended. If it is desired, select the yes option on the product detail page. If more than one item is in your shopping cart, you only need to select it one time.

 

Tracking Numbers are issued by the designated carrier and will be emailed to you as soon as we acquire them.

 

Canceling a shipment cannot be done once the tracking numbers are assigned.

Returns and Exchanges

We strive for 100% over the top customer satisfaction and we are very proud of our 5 Star rating. We have a 14 day no hassle return policy. From the date of receipt, you have 14 days to return any part of your order for a refund or exchange (if possible).

 

We try to process your return as quickly as possible. To help us do this, please request an RA # within 5 days of receipt by filling out the Return Request Form.

 

Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to ours or the shippers error.

 

100% or 50% of the purchase price minus the shipping charges will be refunded back to you depending on the condition of the return when we get it back and review.

Packages returned back to us by the shipper

If your package is returned back to us by the shipper, we will not reship the order. The purchaser will have to re-pay for shipping again.  No refunds will be given if this situation occurs.

 

 

Returning a Gift

We will work do our best to with you to exchange the item or give you a refund. Some gift items like personalized or custom made items may not be able to be returned.

 

Receive a wrong item

You will need to contact us ASAP so we can correct the error as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Fill out the Return Request completely. We must have all the information in order to process your return and refund your money. Refunds will be issued in the manner the order was paid for.

 

Paypal refunds (for orders paid with PayPal) are fairly quick with a 3-4 business day return.

 

USPS money orders & bank checks (orders paid with USPS money orders or personal checks) take longer, up to 7-15 days to process.

 

S&H charges are non-refundable.

 

Ordering

We offer several ways to purchase our treasures. Shopping carts at all our online stores, LiveChat or telephone orders and mail-in ordering for your convenience.

 

LiveChat and phone orders are available Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Accepted Payments

We gladly accept your credit/bank card payment using PayPal. PayPal is the safe, secure, easy and reliable way to pay for purchases online.

 

We also accept USPS Money Orders and personal checks with pre-approval. Contact us for details or read more here.

 

Non-payment

If we do not receive you rpayment within 3 business days of you placing an order (5 days with mail in orders), we will cancel your order. We will email a payment reminder prior to the cancelation.

No hidden Fees

You won't pay any hidden fees at Granny's Clozet. Whenever there are additional charges we let you know about them.

 

Did you know shippers sometimes charge fees and you don't know what they are until you get ready to pay for the shipping? At Granny's Clozet shipping is determined by 3 things: the total weight of the order, the selected shipping method and the distance between your zip code and ours.

 

Handling and processing fees are zero because we try to be "green" and use recycled materials whenever possible.

If we do have to charge a fee we state so in the product detail page.

 

We have fees for some services that we offer and we tell you up front what those fees are. These fees (if they pertain to your order), are added to your total and a separate invoice may be emailed to you. This invoice would need to be paid before your order could ship.

Your Privacy

We are very private people, sociable, but private and we assume you are too. We do not keep, file or store your financial information. Nor will we ever sell or give or refer any of your personal information to anyone, not even third parties.

 

What personal information we keep is used solely for processing and shipping your purchases and emailing confirmation notices, updates, sales and reminders.

Communication

Besides value, we believe good communication too, is what keeps our customers coming back.

 

We will email you when we receive your order, when your order is ready to ship, your order tracking information, additional invoices (if needed), payment reminders, and any other information we feel is our customers need to know. Including delays.

 

Delays sometime's can't be helped and we will post any delays or carrier hold ups due to weather, etc. on our Bulletin Marquee that flashes at the top of each page.

 

Holiday Deadlines All carriers will post suggested final dates to place orders. We will in turn as a service to all of our customers, post those dates on our Bulletin Marquee. This is in no way a guarantee your package will arrive on time for the holiday. We suggest ordering early to alleviate any disappointment.

Coupon / Gift Certificate Etiquette

  • We only accept coupons/gift certificates for treasures that we sell in Granny's Clozet.

  • Coupons/Gift certificates must be presented at the time of purchase.

  • Only one coupon/gift certificate per order.

  • Coupon/Gift certificate must be redeemed on or before the expiration date listed on the coupon.

  • When coupon/gift certificate value exeeds the price of the order, the excess will be placed on account as a credit towards future purchases.

  • Coupons can not be "cashed in".

Maintenance

Sometimes the shelves at granny's Clozet get clutterd and we need to clean them up and reorganize. When that happens we will put the shop in maintenance mode ONLY for a couple of days though.
