We will gladly accept your order if you live in:

  • All 50 United States,

  • US Territories or

  • APO/FPO/DPO.

  • Canada or Bermuda.

 

P.O. Boxes and CMA addresses.

Because we use the USPS as our primary shipper, we also ship to these locations.

 

Places we don't ship to:

Because of the many "hands" these shipments have to pass through before the recipient finally gets the shipment, we have no guarantee the receiver will actually receive the shipment. Therefore, we reserve the right to decline these orders and will respectfully request you ship the item(s) to yourself and then deliver or ship them from your location. 

 

If you insist on shipping to these locations anyway, the shipment will not be covered under our Buyers Protection. No refunds will be honored if the item is lost, stolen or damaged.

Places we ship to

Penitentiaries / prisons. Inmates do not receive our shipments directly. Nor do they sign for them. Prisons have rules on what an inmate can and cannot receive. Some prisons do not allow shipments period. Any shipment that is allowed must be pass through several stations prior to inmates getting them.

 

Granny's Closet will not ship to prisons because of this and we will decline your order.

With the following locations, we prefer not to deliver to them, but if you insist, your Buyer's Protection will be voided.

 

 

Hotels, motels, businesses: Guests and employees never receive these shipments until they have been received and then distributed by a general receiving department (mail room).

Hospitals, nursing homes: Again, due to shipments going to the mail room and then nurses station before the patient gets the shipment.

Univerisities, colleges, fraternity/sorority houses, boarding schools: Another general receiving department or someone other than the recipient accepting the shipment before the student/faculty gets the shipment.

Where's my stuff?

There could be many reasons why your package has not arrived on time. Below are just some of the senarios of why your package did not arrive as scheduled.

 

Delays can cause your package to arrive late.

Holiday orders, large bulky shipments excessive orders, weather conditions can all play a part.

 

If we cause the delay, we will notify you of the delay and a new shipping date.

 

After the package leaves our hands and is on it's way to you, the carrier may have issues of their own; wrong addresses, incorrect addresses, recipient not home, etc.. If the shipper has posted weather conditons or other explanations to their delays we will post them on our Bulletin Marquee.

 

Other reasons - did your carrier leave you a notice of delivery attempt? Call them to arrange a new time.  

 

Sometimes a carrier will leave your package in unexpected places. Check with your neighbor or the "other" door before you call.

 

 
How to track your shipment

After your order ships we email you the tracking number from the designated carrier that is delivering your order. These numbers are available from the shipper within 24 hours after your package ships.

 

You can either:

  • click on one of our links below to go to that shippers website and enter your tracking number to get the status.

  • log into your account and check the status of your order.
